How do I schedule an appointment?

 You can call our central appointment line at (425) 317.9119.  Our office hours are from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Before you call to make an appointment

Please have the following:

•  Be able to describe the injury as best as you can to our appointment personnel so that they can schedule you with one of our physicians who specializes in that area. 
• Have your insurance card available so the appointment personnel can enter the information. 
• Check with your insurance carrier to make sure that Orthopedic, Sports and Hand Center is in your network of approved physicians.  

How far in advance should I make an appointment?

The appointment availability of the individual physicians varies. Typically, we can see an emergency within the same day. For all other appointments please call our scheduling department for current availability.

What should I be prepared for on my first visit to the office? 

• Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time so that you can fill out necessary forms. 
• Bring your insurance card and drivers license. 
• Bring any copies of medical records and x-rays if you have had previous treatment for the injury for which you are being seen.  

What should I do if I find it necessary to cancel my appointment?

Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance by calling (425) 317.9119.
